On January 28-29th the Rural Advisory, in conjunction with the Orange County Office of Community Development is hosting a series of workshops starting 1/28/11 to 1/29/11.  The purpose of this initial workshop will be to provide Orange county, N.Y. homeowners facing foreclosure an opportunity to actually speak with a bank representative regarding their home loan and possible modification of that loan.  This is huge because in the past and currently, homeowners facing foreclosure have never been able to actually speak with a rep from the bank that services their loan.  Homeowners have only been able to speak with a platoon of loss mitigation employees that know almost nothing regarding your mortgage terms and situation. To find out more about when your bank rep will be available and what documents you will need please call 1-845-524-4663  Ext. 21
